Why partner with Pebble

Good AI delivery takes more than good software.

It takes an understanding of the customer's goals, environment and decision context, a practical delivery method, and governance and support that last beyond the pilot.

What partners bring

  • ✓ Customer relationships
  • ✓ Industry expertise
  • ✓ Transformation capability
  • ✓ Implementation capacity
  • ✓ Managed services

What Pebble brings

  • ✓ The software platform
  • ✓ Customer relationships
  • ✓ Product expertise
  • ✓ Enablement and training
  • ✓ Agreed product escalation

Pebble-led, partner-led or joint. Agreed per opportunity.

Leadership model

Who leads is decided for each opportunity, not fixed by the relationship.

Responsibilities

Each party's role in discovery, delivery and support is written down before work starts.

Commercial terms

Commercial arrangements are agreed for the opportunity at hand.

The customer decides

Customer choice, capability, capacity, conflicts and agreed commercial terms are part of every delivery decision. Joining the program doesn't guarantee work.

Partner journey

Four stages. Preference is earned.

After an initial conversation about fit, partners progress on evidence: what they've learned, and what they've delivered with customers.

1

Commit

  • ● Sign the partner charter
  • ● Agree contacts and working principles
2

Enable

  • ● Complete the training pathway
  • ● Pass the knowledge assessment
3

Prove

  • ● Originate qualified pipeline
  • ● Show evidenced customer progress
Qualified progress, not deal volume
4

Earn

  • ● Pebble approves Preferred status
  • ● Priority consideration for services delivery
Pebble: software platform and enablement
Partners: implementation and delivery

Preferred status is approved by Pebble on evidence. It isn't automatic, and customers always choose who delivers.

The program

A practical program for delivery partners.

Build the product knowledge and delivery capability to create customer outcomes with PebbleAI. Expectations run both ways.

What you can expect

  • ✓ Product and delivery enablement
  • ✓ Approved guidance and reusable patterns
  • ✓ Chances to shadow, co-deliver or lead agreed work where a customer need fits
  • ✓ A clear process for registering and progressing opportunities
  • ✓ Reviews of capability, delivery quality and contribution to shared practice

What we expect

  • ✓ Investment in nominated people and ongoing learning
  • ✓ Accurate opportunity information with customer-backed next actions
  • ✓ Customer trust, responsible handling of information, and disclosure of conflicts
  • ✓ Quality delivery: documentation, testing, human review and maintenance planning

Partner status. Pebble may recognise different levels of participation as the program develops. Preferred status is earned through evidence and approved by Pebble. It isn't automatic and doesn't guarantee work.

Solutions

From customer problem to maintained workflow.

Meeting preparation, outcomes and follow-up
Organisational knowledge discovery
Proposal, account and project support

Policy and standards assistance
Customer and employee service workflows

Questions partners ask first

Is the program exclusive?

No. Participation is non-exclusive unless we separately agree otherwise.

Is work guaranteed?

No. Work depends on customer choice, capability, capacity, conflicts, continuity and agreed commercial terms.

Can a partner lead an engagement?

Yes. Opportunities can be Pebble-led, partner-led or joint. The model is agreed for each one.

Does joining make us a reseller?

Not automatically. Resale, referral or other commercial rights need separate written terms.

What training is required?

The pathway covers product knowledge, customer discovery, solution design, governance and practical delivery. Attendance alone doesn't make a team delivery-ready.

Can we bring our own customer opportunity?

Yes. Register it with a named customer problem, a plausible use case, stakeholder access, timing, decision path, owner and a dated next action.

Is customer data used to train models?

See our Security page for how data flows through Pebble, or ask us for the current security documentation.

How do we get support?

Approved partners get the support and escalation route that fits their relationship and engagement.

Have a customer in mind?

Apply to the program, or bring us a real opportunity and we'll work out the right model together.
